The Brief

Google entrusted us with the local adaptation of its Performance Max campaign for the Swedish, Croatian, and Polish markets. The goal: quickly adapt existing assets while respecting the cultural and linguistic specifics of each country.

The Setup

We localized the entire video and static campaign: translated texts, visually adapted images, and made creative adjustments to suit the local market. This was applied to 54 videos (formatted in 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16) and 145 static visuals within an optimized workflow.

The Result

Thanks to a streamlined production process and economies of scale at every stage, the campaign was delivered promptly, meeting Google's quality standards and local validation requirements.
