The Challenge: Overcoming Barriers to Technological Adoption

Skribe's challenge was twofold:

  1. Reassurance: Convince an often digital-resistant audience to trust a third-party app with sensitive documents (identity, certifications).

  2. Understanding: Clearly explain the app's functionality and simplicity of the flow, which remains inherently intangible.

A simple sales pitch was no longer enough to counter security and usage objections. We had to prove value through example.

The Prodsquare Solution: A Hybrid Approach of Interview + Motion Design

To achieve this adoption goal, we deployed a hybrid format combining human and technical elements.

1. The "Problem-Solution-Result" Structure (Interview) We applied our client testimonial methodology to structure the user's story. The goal: let the client recount their friction points before using Skribe, and the immediate benefits after adoption. As we highlight in our offerings, "a client's words are more credible than your marketing message".

2. Motion Design Integration (UI Demonstration) Since the product is software, filming it externally adds no value. We integrated Motion Design sequences over the interview to:

  • Show the actual user interface (UI) and prove its simplicity.

  • Materialize document transfers (invisible flows).

  • Maintain attention with a dynamic rhythm.

3. Distribution Strategy (Packaging) We delivered two distinct formats to cover the entire conversion funnel:

  • Long Version (16:9): For the website and sales meetings, serving as a closing aid.

  • Short Version (Vertical/Square): A "Snack Content" variation for retargeting on LinkedIn, aiming to capture "hot" prospects.
